Rear Spar Clecoed
I plucked up courage and started! So far so good, gradually building experience with the different tools. Used the bandsaw to quickly trim the VS-01401 and Front Spar … I can see this tool is going to be very useful.
Pillar Drill
Since the doubler is quite thick I decided to use the pillar drill to final drill the holes to ensure a perpendicular hole. Didn’t take too long once I’d worked out how to support the spar whilst clearing the clecos.
Structure Clecoed
It is becoming rapidly evident that the parts fit superbly in this kit, as everyone has been telling me.
