Vent Line Clips
The Vent Line Clips are cut from the Tank Stiffeners, and the manual wisely suggests you step drill the holes prior to separation, making them easier to hold etc.
Stiffeners
The stiffeners were easily separated using my bandsaw…
…and then the edges dressed on the vertical sander.
Easy and quick deburring using the Fine Scotchbrite Wheel.
Z Brackets
The Z Brackets will attach the tanks to the main spar, and the nutplate rivet holes have to be machine countersunk. This is again probably best achieved prior to separating into individual brackets.
Next job will be to debur the tank skins : )
